Entrepreneurship was a natural choice for Devesh K S Rathore considering his vast experience, handling key positions in various renowned companies and spearheading major departments like Production, Technology, Maintenance, Marketing, Imports and Finance. After completion of Electronics Engineering in 1989, his journey started from TV Industry and transported him through Entertainment, Sound Recording, Film Production, Optical Media Manufacturing and finally UV Technology and Printing Industry.
After devoting his skills, knowledge and hard work for 15 years, making several ventures successful, he decided to turn an Entrepreneur himself. Thus the company DR Optical Disc India Pvt. Ltd. was born in 2002. Initially he started as a Technical consultant and successfully implemented several CD / DVD manufacturing projects in India, from Scratch to finish. From there he forayed into the UV Technology & Printing Industry and gradually his company became distributor for several International Printing Equipment, Spare Parts and Consumables manufacturers. Today the company is a well established distributor for some of the major Brands in this field and supplies products from USA, UK, Japan, Taiwan, Hongkong, Singapore and China. The wide range of Products delivered across India include UV Lamps, UV Interdeck systems, UV Curing Conveyors, UV Ballasts, Screen Printing Machines, Pad Printers and a wide range of Printing Consumables. Being a hardcore Technical Person, he makes sure to deliver the latest Technology with the best quality.
He has excellent leadership skills which keeps his team always highly motivated. His leadership qualities with a human touch can be judged by the fact that his core team has been with him since 1989. Maintaining the best relations with his customers and delivering the best in quality and Services is the Mantra of his life.
